Located in the historic 1929 Fish Building of Old Town Pasadena, California Kickboxing and Fitness Club will be the first of its kind to combine a kickboxing studio with a fitness club; but still keep the feel of a smaller gym, focusing on individual needs rather than standardization of fitness needs.

What we offer:

We will provide an adaptive, flexible, personalized program for our students. Our instructors are professional certified trainers who make pro fighters. They will teach you how to get in shape, tone up your muscles and kick off the fat!

What you will learn:

You will learn all the fundamentals through an intense workout using Focus mitts, Thai pads, Heavy bags and Free weights. During the session you will be working on heavy bags and Thai pads, which enforces one’s resistant training, this gives you a nice lean and well-defined physique! There is also a heavy emphasis placed on stretching, fighting stance, footwork, shadow boxing and, jump ropes. You will be put conditioning drills for the abs, chest, buttocks, shoulders and back providing you with a pro fighter’s work out routine that is holistic in utilizing all your major muscle groups.

Well-known as an excellent form of stress release, martial arts-inspired workouts also improve strength, aerobic fitness and flexibility. The variety of movements used in kickboxing can sharpen reflexes and improve coordination and balance. In addition, most participants can expect to burn an average of 800 calories an hour during a typical kickboxing class.”
